We still have an abundance of frozen USDA liquid eggs (82056 - Other Protein, EGGS WHOLE FRZ CTN - 12/2LB) on hand in the warehouse, and we're asking for your help in keeping this product moving.
Liquid eggs can be used in place of whole eggs in almost any recipe. The conversion is 3-4 tablespoons to 1 whole egg. Each two-pound carton is the equivalent of about 1.5 dozen eggs.
