Fresh Alliance Reporting

OFB Partner Agencies that receive grocery retail donations through the Fresh Alliance Program are required to report the pounds of product they receive. All data must be submitted via the PWW Portal by the 5th of the month after donations are received (or the next closest business day). You will receive a reminder email approximately 5 business days before this deadline.

Please see the updated resources linked below for reporting Fresh Alliance donations online via the PWW Portal. All donations received on or after June 1st, 2023 must be reported in this manner.

KEY UPDATES

August 22nd, 2023 - HARD DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING FA RECEIPTS EACH MONTH 

It has recently come to our attention that agencies can only submit FA receipts for ~30 days after the end of the month. Although the general deadline for FA reporting is 5 days after the end of the month, there are times when reporting may be further delayed. Please be aware that the system will block you from entering the correct pickup date on a receipt if it is more than one month late. If that happens, please:

August 28th, 2023 - NEW WAY TO VIEW SUBMITTED FRESH ALLIANCE RECEIPTS IN THE PWW PORTAL

There is a new feature in the PWW portal to view previously submitted FA receipts. When you click on the Agency Pickups tab, it will now give you the option between submitting a new pickup or viewing previous pickups. 

**Update** Currently this feature only shows confirmed receipts, which means there will be a 2-4 week delay before receipts will appear there. We are working with the software company to see if this can be changed. The "Quick Look: Submitted Fresh Alliance Receipts" report will remain available for the time being as a way to view your unconfirmed receipts immediately after submission.
