As you may be aware, there is an ongoing recall of 10 million pounds of cooked chicken products manufactured by BrucePac due to Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Because BrucePac sells to other food manufacturers who use them in their own products, the recalled products have many different brand labels. The list of impacted products includes both heat-and-eat and ready-to-eat foods, including a wide variety of premade salads.

As part of the Oregon Food Bank Network, we are all part of the larger national network of Food Banks, which is organized by Feeding America National Organization (Feeding America or FANO).
