On Monday October 29, 2026, we will have our next PA Quarterly Gathering! This will be a hybrid meeting, 11:00am - 12:30pm. Zoom link provided upon registration.

Hosted at Neighborhood House's newly completed multi-service community space at 8959 SW Barbur Blvd and open to all Partner Agencies in the Metro Region, our last quarterly gathering of the year will cover Succession Planning.

This will be a deep dive into succession planning that will offer recommendations and tactics to keep your program's legacy going far into the future. Utilizing Feeding America's Succession Planning Toolkit, we will discuss navigating volunteer shortages, writing up SOPs (Standards Operating Procedures) as well as how to prepare the next coordinator/manager to seamlessly take over so there are as few disruptions to programming as possible.

There will also be a tour of Neighborhood House's new facility afterward! You won't want to miss this engaging and educational meeting.
