  Region\, our last quarterly gathering of the year will cover Succession P
 lanning.This will be a deep dive into succession planning that will offer 
 recommendations and tactics to keep your program's legacy going far into t
 he future. Utilizing Feeding America's Succession Planning Toolkit\, we wi
 ll discuss navigating volunteer shortages\, writing up SOPs (Standards Ope
 rating Procedures) as well as how to prepare the next coordinator/manager 
 to seamlessly take over so there are as few disruptions to programming as 
 possible.There will also be a tour of Neighborhood House's new facility af
 terward! You won't want to miss this engaging and educational meeting.\n\n
