Service Insights Meal Connect (SIMC) is the virtual intake system we will be rolling out on an incremental basis to 1A pantries beginning January 2027. This system provides enhanced demographics, insights into visitation frequency and distribution, allows secure and efficient intake, and provides us with insight into how Oregonians are accessing our network and where we can increase access and services to those most in need. This virtual session will be for 1A pantries in the Metro region implementing SIMC intake software at their sites.
