Training Description:
This 3-part series training builds upon the importance of Conflict Transformation by exploring the “5 Gifts of Conflict,” “Conflict Archetypes”, and examining our own personal conflict habits that build or undermine trust. Challenging the “Us vs Them” mentality.
*Note: The training focuses on conflicts caused by interpersonal disagreements and tensions, not abuse or systemic violence.
Goals:
Gain skills and tools in framing conflict as something generative
Gain skills to navigate conflict with intention, empathy, and effectiveness
Personally identify and reflect on own our personal conflict habits
Learn from the perspectives of others to de-stigmatize the process of unlearning
Each session builds on the previous one, providing time for reflection, practice, and integration.
