For both Metro and West PAs, under product ref# 62453, you'll find bacon ends. Each case comes with 3 freezer bags and each of those weighs 5 lbs. Bacon ends are similar to bacon strips except they are not uniform and oddly shaped. There is nothing else different about them and can be used like bacon strips or in recipes that call for small bacon bits.
