Learn about the new online ordering system!
We are transitioning to the next version of our inventory management system, Primarius. The basic functionality of the online ordering system will stay the same, but there will be some changes to layout and the look and feel.
Below is a video training on the updated version from the Listening Session held on 1/13. There's a 20 minute overview of the site and a Q&A session with many great questions asked that will help you become more comfortable with the new system.
The transition to P2 has been pushed out to the end of February/early March. The developer and OFB team working on the update found some issues that need more time to be worked out to ensure a smooth transition.
When we're ready to go, the site will be unavailable to use. We'll send an email letting folks know when the site will be down, and another when it is back up and ready to use.
Once the site is live, we'll have folks available to help troubleshoot any questions or issues you may encounter. We'll share that information in the "go-live" email.
