Mainspring Community Pantry is a member-led, multi-racial, intergenerational community organization working to address economic hardship including food insecurity for families and seniors. Mainspring see Portland as a city where all residents have access to healthy food, stable housing, and job and educational opportunities creating economic and social stability. Mainspring is a voice for change that raises awareness and builds partnerships to address root causes of economic hardship. We are an organization focused on inclusive equitable comprehensive services to meet the basic needs of residents within and beyond Portland

This person will be the primary grant writer for the organization. We are seeking someone who can work with staff, volunteers, partner organizations and community members to create compelling narratives capable of sustaining our financial goals. This person will work in tandem with the executive director to oversee an array of food program operations and coordinate with volunteers.
