You may have received Unlabeled USDA Frozen Corn on or after November 13th 2022 . If you have received this product from us we have sent your agency recall contact an email. Please check your email or read through our message below for further instructions. This product needs to be fully cooked to 165 degrees Fahrenheit (or 74 degrees Celsius) before eating.

ACTION NEEDED REGARDING:

Reason for action: We have discovered that the individual bags of corn do not have labels on them. This product is specifically NOT Ready to Eat, and per the manufacturer must be thoroughly cooked before eating. These instructions are not on the individual bags that are distributed to the public.

Pantries:

If you have this item remaining in your inventory please remove it, label it "PRODUCT HOLD, DO NOT DISTRIBUTE."
OFB will be sending you labels, so that you can label each bag before distributing.

Meal Sites:

Cook this product to 165 degrees Fahrenheit before serving. Please email networkcompliance@ oregonfoodbank.org to confirm you've received this message and to let us know if you have distributed this product, and if so, what information did you provide for clients?
