College to County Mentorship Program
Multnomah County applications are OPEN NOW! They provide college students from underrepresented communities with paid summer internships, increasing participants' understanding of career pathways at the county.
College to County Eligibility & Recommendations
Eligibility
- 18 years or older. Few positions are 21 or older. (See position descriptions)
- Must reside in Oregon or Washington during employment
- Proof of employment eligibility in the United States
- Currently enrolled undergraduate college student
- Going into Sophomore year, Junior, Senior, or one year removed from bachelors graduation
- Graduate students could be eligible if one year removed from undergraduate
- Depending upon the assignment, candidates may be required to pass a criminal background check
- Candidates are only allowed to apply up to three positions
- Resume and Cover letter is required for each position
