On June 30, Governor Brown issued an order that canceled most pandemic-related restrictions, including mask requirements. However, agencies may continue to require masks if they so choose.
Governor Brown's Executive Order 21-15 rescinded all remaining Oregon Covid-19 restrictions, effective June 30. This means that agencies and programs may now allow unmasked people on site without checking their vaccination status. However, agencies and programs may choose to continue to require masks or face coverings, provided they can provide accommodations to people who can't wear masks or face coverings due to a disability. Both OHA and BOLI have put out updated guidance that speaks to this.
