1. Orders must now be submitted by NOON/12pm the day before you want to pickup/have delivered. (Up from 2pm.) This is to allow our busy warehouse more time to pull orders for the next day. I REPEAT - ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOON, beginning MONDAY. 

2. Changes to order pickups:

• The order pick-up window will now be from 8am-12pm

• The number of pick-up slots will be 3 agencies per 30 minutes to limit the number of people at the warehouse (24 total pickups daily)

  • If all the slots are filled, agencies will be forced (by Primarius, or by Christina) to order on a different day.

  • Please do your best to limit 1 order per week to allow for all PAs to be served. Contact your RND for additional support

• Still no dock shopping allowed, just order pick-up

• If you are receiving delivery, please do not place a second order for dock pickup. Contact your RND for additional support. 

3. Food Flow:

You will begin to see fewer choices on Food To Buy items, as we are decreasing the number of items we procure and are increasing the quantity of those that we keep. We will go from about 30 items now, to approximately 10 - with those 10 being available in higher quantity. I don't have the target list of those 10 right now or a timeline for the change, but as certain items run low, they will not be repurchased (temporarily). We will share that list when we have it!

Please continue to maximize your orders and accept full TEFAP allocations when possible.
