This 4 hour training introduces how different identities and beliefs can affect communication, especially during conflicts. The training focuses on conflicts caused by interpersonal disagreements and tensions, not abuse or systemic violence. The goal is to rethink how we understand and handle conflict through an equity lens and to learn how to create positive change through conflict.
