We hope you’ll join us for an upcoming presentation on equitable storytelling! This session is part of a series on best practices in org-wide communications and will be relevant to Oregon Food Bank (OFB) staff as well as partners.
We hope this session will give participants an opportunity to:
Learn about OFB’s approach to equitable storytelling, how we foster and maintain relationships, and what the production process looks like. (Led by Alicia Avila, Narrative Strategist and Content Producer)
Learn how trauma-informed practices can support our efforts toward equitable storytelling. (Led by Johnnie Shaver, Client Experience and Community Outreach Facilitator)
Learn how staff and partners currently build relationships and support story development with community members (Led by Devin Dinihanian, Ambassador Program Organizer)
Hear from 3 community leaders on their experiences sharing their stories with OFB.
