Welcome to the Service Insights on MealConnect (SIMC) Training section. Training is required for all SIMC users. Before doing intake, SIMC users must:

  1. Review the SIMC Neighbor Intake Training (click link below).
  2. Practice searching for a neighbor, create at least one new neighbor profile, and log a neighbor visit in the SIMC Training Site (login info below).

*NOTE 9/15/25: There is currently a bug affecting the SIMC Training Site that is not allowing regular intake. This note will be removed as soon as the bug is resolved.
