Below you will find the links to our online training webinar options. Click on the name of the training you would like to take to see the upcoming schedule and to register. If the times available do not work for your agency, please contact your assigned regional contact. Webinars are live, web-based, trainings that use the internet to connect our trainers with Link2Feed users all around the state. All that is needed to participate is a computer or tablet with an internet connection and speakers or a head-set for audio. 

Webinar Requirements: 

  • All participants must register at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. 
  • Webinars with no attendees registered within 24 hours of the start time will be canceled. 
  • Agencies who are completing the training for the first time must complete the Basic Training first. 
  • Each participant should register individual unless they plan to share the same screen with another participant.

L2F Basic Training Webinar

This training covers the basics for using Link2Feed at your agency. We walk through each step of the process including signing in, going through the intake process with clients, and recording a visit. We also cover ways to utilize the notes and messaging functions as well as how to practice before you get started and where to get support. If possible, we recommend coordinating with everyone who will need training at your location to attend this training and to request it "in-person" for a hands-on learning experience. This training generally takes 2-3 hours depending on comfort and questions.


L2F Administrator Training Webinar

This training is designed for the Link2Feed Administrator and/or super users at each agency who will be maintaining the software at your site. We will cover how to review notes entered at your agency, how to manage duplicates, how to add new users, how to manage your agency's profile and settings, and the basics for running reports. This training generally take 1-2 hours depending on comfort and questions.
