Welcome to the Network Support Funds (NSF) library.

2025-2026 NSF Update: We are transitioning the online NSF grants platform to a new platform called Fluxx. As part of this transition we will pause all applications from September 8 - October 10 and resume applications on October 13 on Fluxx. More details on how to access Fluxx will be shared in September. For urgent requests during the pause, email nsf@oregonfoodbank.org to apply offline.

We are hosting an NSF information session on October 1 from 11-12:30pm to provide an overview of the 2025-2026 NSF Program and a demonstration of how to navigate Fluxx. This session will be recorded and posted here. Meeting link: Join Zoom Meeting

Oregon Food Bank offers two types of NSF grants available to Regional Food Banks and Partner Agencies who are part of the Oregon Food Bank (OFB) Network of Regional Food Banks.

  • Partner Agencies are eligible for both Rapid Response and Capacity Building Grants.
  • Regional Food Banks may apply for multiple Rapid Response and Capacity Building Grants.
  • Rapid Response applications are currently being accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. There will be a pause in applications September 8 - October 10. Applications will resume on October 13.
  • Capacity Building Grant applications period is November 3 - January 16, 2026. Decisions will be communicated by end of May 2026.
  • NSF prioritizes project proposals focused on expanding access to programs, as well as to the following priority equity constituencies, who are disproportionately impacted by food insecurity: Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC); immigrants and refugees; people who are transgender, gender non-conforming and LGBTQIA2S+; and single moms and caregivers.
  • In order to be considered, applicants must be in good standing with their regional food bank. Previous grantees must have completed all reporting requirements to be considered for additional grant funds.
  • Spanish language applications materials are linked above. If any partners speak languages other than English and Spanish, we can support applications through interpretation services. Please contact us for language support.
