(Salem, OR) – The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) is seeking more schools, community organizations and Tribes to be sponsors for the USDA Summer Food Service Program this year. The SFSP helps ensure that children and teens receive the nutritious meals they need during the summer months. OFB received information from our contact at PGE this week to share that there have been reports of "individuals posing as PGE utility workers and using high-pressure tactics to gain home entry or demand immediate payment." Other reports have circulated that ICE is posing as different utility workers (NW Natural) to lure people out of their homes.
