This is a reminder that we are coming up on our new annual deadline of September 15th for submission of your Staff & Volunteer Training Log. What needs to be included and submitted: 

• The Food Safety and Civil Rights trainings. Each volunteer/staff must watch the Civil Rights Video, and all volunteers/staff without a certification (Food Handler's Card) must watch the Food Safety video.

• Entering all Food Handlers cards and marking the date of expiration on the log. Please send in scanned copies of these certifications for your partner file. Please have any folks who are either handling food in isolation (such as the person who picks up Fresh Alliance/other donations, or your OFB order) or overseeing distribution obtain a Food Handler’s Card.

• Attending an equity training, and one of our partner gatherings. Both are viewable on our Partner Calendar. 

• Once these requirements have been completed, please send a copy of your training log at any time up to and including the September deadline via scan/email. If you need to submit in an alternative way, please coordinate with your Strategist.

• Please also submit a current Board of Directors or Church Council list if you have yet to do so this year.

• Extensions until the end of the month, Wednesday September 30th are available on an as-needed basis, please contact your Strategist directly.

Moving forward, September 15th will be our annual deadline for submission of your training log and BoD List, and the requirements can be fulfilled anytime in the intervening year between September submissions.
