There has been an increase in produce coming through our warehouses, thanks to an increase in budget for our resident Produce Puma, Kim Langston, to steward, as well as harvest season. However, that also means that there are more items that need to be added to orders only two (2) days prior to delivery. Although you can begin your orders several days in advance, it is important that all items listed in the Food to Buy list that begin with the following numbers be added only two business days before your delivery: 1, 61, 71, 81, 91, 00070.If you add these items, such as produce, dairy, or bread, prior to that two day allowance, they will be removed from your order by the Inventory team. The schedule for adding perishables to your order is as follows: Monday deliveries, perishables can be added as early as the Thursday prior. Tuesday deliveries, perishables can be added as early as the Friday prior. Wednesday deliveries, perishables can be added as early as the Monday prior. Thursday deliveries, perishables can be added as early as the Tuesday prior. Friday deliveries, perishables can be added as early as the Wednesday prior. Questions about what items might qualify?
