Multnomah County has an open RFP process right now for caterers, and event space, to create a pool of vendors for County-hosted community meetings and events. If there are community caterers and/or event spaces you've worked with, please pass on this opportunity to them!

Opportunities for Food Catering and Venue Spaces

Multnomah County has released a Request for Proposal, RFP-198-2026 Catering and/or Venue Services and is seeking qualified businesses that can provide food catering and/or venue services.

The RFP will qualify vendors to be eligible for  contracts to provide food catering and/or venue services for County-hosted community meetings and events. These events range in size and complexity, necessitating a pool of vendors capable of meeting diverse needs.

The RFP has been extended to 7/27/2026.
